At SOM SAMAHARA, we want you to love what you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process depending on your location.
Domestic Orders (Sri Lanka)
- Eligibility for Return
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Process
- Email support@shrishyamtrading.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images.
- Once approved, items can be shipped back to our Colombo return address or collected via our courier partner.
- Refund or Exchange
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- You may also opt for a size or style exchange if available.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Sale, clearance, and intimate wear (such as innerwear) are not eligible for return.
- Items damaged due to improper use are not covered.
International Orders
- Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Procedure
- Contact support@shrishyamtrading.com before shipping the product back.
- The return must be sent via a trackable international courier.
- Return shipping fees and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected at our Sri Lanka facility.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
