1. Agreement

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We strive for accuracy but may correct errors. Prices may change without notice; confirmed orders remain unaffected. Displayed currency is primarily LKR; international customers may see other currencies or bank FX charges.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer. We accept when we send an Order Confirmation. We may cancel and refund for unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or regulatory issues.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via PCI-DSS–compliant gateways and may require 3-D Secure/OTP. We typically authorize at checkout and capture on confirmation/dispatch. Taxes/duties are as per Shipping Policy.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Handled per our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address or upon collection by you/your agent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts at Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction.
